“Wait and See: an open and promising invitation, that evokes time and tranquility, anticipation and wonder.”
In the big fashion cities such as Milan you can always find the most interesting shops on any stroll through hidden streets. Last week I chose to go for a wander walk with my friend, and we found this cute and stylish shop in Via Santa Marta in the city center of Milan.
We decided to have a look inside and it was definitely a place of wonder! First of all the design of the shop attracts your attention with all the arrangements of creativity and paintings on the wall. Then you notice so many beautiful particular pieces of clothing and accessories, colorful shoes, amazing bags and clutches and bizarre stationary and vintage things and stands that made the shop look unique.
Amusing was the center of the shop, turning cabinet with necklaces and bracelets, some gold and silver-plated as well as bijoux pieces. I personally loved their chewing gums collection! I noticed it was made in Canada, and the cool thing were the writings on the package such as : “I <3 my penis” or “Every day I fall in love with you more and more. Well, not every day. Yesterday you were pretty annoying.”
Very nice was the dressing room zone, with a vintage sofa, large blankets on the walls and the doors of the fitting rooms in style of wooden Spanish/Italian blinders.
Wait and See was founded by Uberta Zambeletti and the clothes are coming from all over the world. Obviously there are some pieces from Italy, but also Canada, France, UK , Finland and USA. Everything is being picked and collected aiming for women’s fashion. As all of the pieces in the shop are unique, prices are not the lowest around, however, it is a great place where to go when looking for something outstanding and particular.

And if you are in Milan, you can find it on address Via Santa Marta 14, 20123 Milano.
